Dear Fourth Grade Families,
Tomorrow is class picture day! Students need to wear full uniform (no spirit wear.) We will also begin MAP testing tomorrow, and test through Thursday this week. I plan to bring gum and fruit snacks in for the students tomorrow. If you would like to send a classroom snack in for the week (or a pack of gum) please let me know. We have a total of 22 students. Thanks!
There will be no spelling test or math homework this week. The only homework assigned is for students to finish reading their book club novel that they are bringing home today. I kindly ask that you monitor their reading or have them read out loud to you to check that they complete their book. We will be writing summaries, and it is important that they complete their reading independently and return their book by Friday. Thank you for your support! Estimadas familias de cuarto grado:
¡Mañana es el día de la foto de la clase! Los estudiantes deben venir con el uniforme completo (sin ropa de espíritu escolar). También comenzaremos las pruebas MAP mañana y continuaremos con los exámenes hasta el jueves de esta semana. Planeo llevar chicle y gomitas de fruta para los estudiantes mañana. Si les gustaría enviar un snack para la clase durante la semana (o un paquete de chicle), por favor avísenme. Tenemos un total de 22 estudiantes. ¡Gracias!
No habrá examen de ortografía ni tarea de matemáticas esta semana. La única tarea asignada es que los estudiantes terminen de leer la novela de su club de lectura que llevan a casa hoy. Les pido amablemente que supervisen su lectura o que les pidan leer en voz alta para asegurar que completen su libro. Estaremos escribiendo resúmenes, y es importante que completen su lectura de manera independiente y regresen su libro para el viernes. ¡Gracias por su apoyo!
