MISSION STATEMENT:
Immaculate Conception Regional School provides an education rooted in Catholic beliefs and values for the students in Skagit and surrounding counties. ICRS stresses the spiritual, moral, intellectual, and physical development of its students, while fostering community among students, parents and staff.

Part Time Instructional Aide

Immaculate Conception Regional School (ICRS) is seeking an instructional aide on Wednesdays for the 2024-25 school year. This position will primarily support 1st and 2nd grades and do recess duty.

Wednesdays only, 8-3:30. Hourly wage range: $17-$22

Tasks of an Instructional Aide:

  • While in the classrooms, take the teacher’s lead in instruction. Work with students one-on-one or in groups as requested by the teacher.
  • Supervise students for short periods as requested by the teacher.
  • With the support of the teacher and principal, respond to discipline issues in the classroom and at recess.
  • Be professional in conversation and behavior regarding student behavior, academic performance, other staff members, and confidential situations or events.
  • Supervise the playground during recess and the lunchroom as needed.
  • Make copies, correct, and record student work as requested by the teacher.
  • Meet Safe Environment Requirements.
  • Support the ICRS mission and philosophy.

Substitute Teachers

ICRS is always looking for substitute teachers. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and hold a valid credential, carry out lesson plans provided by teachers, communicate well with students and adults and teach effectively. Volunteer Positions

We are currently looking for volunteers for the following roles:

  • Grant writer
  • Yearbook Coordinator for 23-24 school year
